Employer opportunity

Current IronGate materials illustrate potential net employer FICA savings of up to approximately $1,186 per qualifying full-time W-2 employee annually. Actual savings depend on eligibility, payroll, participation, and final implementation.

Employee benefits

Current materials describe virtual primary care, 24/7 virtual urgent care, mental-health counseling, prescription access, and employee-only MEC features, subject to enrollment and plan terms.

Typical screening indicators

Public materials identify a typical starting point of 30 or more qualifying W-2 employees. Employee indicators include averaging 30 or more hours per week and approximately $26,000 or more in annual W-2 wages, not currently enrolled in Medicaid; final eligibility is subject to employer and program review.

Administration

GoRhoades coordinates the employer relationship. IronGate provides program infrastructure, technical review, eligibility analysis, documentation, payroll coordination, employee onboarding, and ongoing administration.

Important: The employer FICA rate does not change. The stated opportunity is based on applying the rate to a lower qualifying taxable wage base. Employers should verify the actual arrangement with their own advisers.
