Will my gross pay change?

The program’s illustrative pay-stub materials show the same gross pay with a different qualifying taxable wage base. Actual results depend on compensation, tax circumstances, elections, eligibility, and final payroll implementation.

Who receives the core virtual-care benefits?

Current materials describe core virtual-care and prescription benefits for the enrolled employee plus up to seven additional enrolled household members. Employee-only MEC benefits are separate.

What prescription benefits are described?

Current materials describe more than 1,000 core generic prescriptions at a $0 copay when prescribed through the platform for enrolled employees and household members, plus an expanded employee-only MEC prescription benefit. Final formularies and terms come from the applicable program materials.

What MEC benefits are employee-only?

The MEC portion is described for the enrolled employee only and includes three in-person primary-care visits per year, expanded prescription access, and hospital bill advocacy, subject to program terms.

How does enrollment work?

The program administrator coordinates benefit communication, guided onboarding, eligibility review, and payroll implementation. The employer-specific process and timing depend on available data, documents, and payroll coordination.

Where do I find final benefit terms?

Use the applicable enrollment materials, plan documents, formularies, provider information, and support channels for final terms. This website provides general information and is not the governing plan document.
